Fifteen Houthi rebels were killed on Wednesday during a surprised attack carried out by the Yemeni army against their gathering in Serwah in Marib province.

The offensive also led to the wounding of  several others militia, and destroying  a number of their combat vehicles.

The army’s combat operations aimed at liberating the rest of Serwah areas from the putschist militia has been ongoing, amid major human and material losses as well setbacks in the ranks of the fleeing rebels.
