Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Abdullah al-Naka’ee has stressed the importance of getting Al-Bayda province fully cleared from the Houthi rebel militia.

His remarks came during a meeting with Governor of al-Bayda Maj.General Nasser Alkhader al-Sawadi in the interim capital Aden on Monday.

The meeting discussed latest field developments in the province and victories have been realized by the army on multiple warfronts.

The session also touched upon finalizing the liberation of the province,  fighting violence and terrorism groups enforcing the state institutions.

Lt. Gen. al-Naka’ee praised the great accomplishments made by the national army and expressed thanks to the brotherly support of  Arab coalition countries led by Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

The governor of Al-Bayda, For his part, thanked the political leadership for support and care.
