Violent clashes erupted on Monday between National Army forces and the Iran-backed Houthi militias in the province of Taiz, southwestern the country.

The clashes broke out as the Houthi militiamen attempted to sneak into Army’s sites in Radiaah hill of al-Alakroud area. The army troops managed to thwart the attempt and forced them to flee.

The army also inflicted the rebels massive causalities including capture one of their elements.
