Army retakes strategic locations, kills and injures 20 militants in Al-Dhale
National Army has taken control over a number of positions from Houthi militias in the southern province of Al-Dhale.
The army forces were able to capture ‘Al-Thaeel’ Hill, and the strategic location of ‘Almarhoba Alsoghra’ in the south of Damt city, northern the province.
The fierce battles led to the killing of 12 militiamen including the prominent leader so-called Jarah Mohamed Al-Shahari, while 8 more militants were injured.
The rest of Houthi coupist militias were forced to flee the battlefield.
In the same context, a number of Houthi coupist militias were killed and others injured in clashes with National Army yesterday, Wednesday, in the southern province of Al-Dhale.
Confrontations erupted as the militias tried to infiltrate army-controlled positions in the southeastern district of Alhasha’, west of Al-Dhale. But the rebels failed and were forced to flee before they suffered deaths and injuries in ranks
Meantime, Houthi coupist militias stationed in Alsabra’ district of Ibb province, have continued to bombard civilians and villages in Alhasha’, causing mass displacements amount families who fled their own region towards Kataba’ and Al-Dhale.
