National Army forces shot down on Tuesday a Houthi militia drone in the western province of Hodeida.
The army forces brought down the militia’s reconnaissance drone while flying over Tuhaita district south of Hodeida.
The Houthi militia are using Iranian-made drones either to target or to identify army’s positions, but all their attempts failed and their drones destroyed.
Arab Coalition spokesperson said yesterday that the coalition air defenses brought down 11 drones that the Houthi militia launched to target Yemen’s Parliament, which has been holding sessions in the eastern city of Sayoun since last Saturday.
