Coalition downs Houthi drone launched towards Saudi Arabia

The spokesman of the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen, Colonel Turki al-Maliki, said Thursday that the coalition intercepted and shot down a drone launched by the Iran-backed Houthi rebel militia towards Khamis Mushait in Saudi Arabia.

al-Maliki said that all Houthi militia’s attempts to attack the Kingdom with drones are doomed to fail.

“The coalition has taken all operational measures to deal with theses drones to protect civilians and civil facilities”, he added.
