Senior militia leader killed in Hajja province

A senior Houthi militia leader responsible for hunting and kidnapping civilians has been killed in clashes with the Yemeni national army in the province of Hajja.

The so-called Abu Amar Mushaib was killed in the recent confrontations that took place in the district of Abss, in the north of the province.

The rebel leader used to mobilize elements to fight in the ranks of the Iran-backed Houthi militia and was responsible for the chasing and kidnapping of a number of the local citizens in the Abss district.
