Army thwarts Houthi militia attacks in Hodeidah

Yemen’s National Army Forces thwarted Tuesday Iranian-backed Houthi militia attack in Hodeida province west of the country.

Groups of Houthi militia attempted to advance towards army’s sites in Hays district, but were failed and forced to flee, after killing and injuring a number of their elements.

The Houthi militia continues to target national army positions in Hodeidah province, while the army forces adhere to the UN truce, in accordance with the directives of the political and military leadership.
