Commander of th 1st Military Region Maj. Gen. Saleh Taymas said that, won’t allow for militias or “paramilitary units outside the regular military to be formed” in Wadi and Sahra Hadhramout in eastern Yemen.

“We are in constant contact with the leadership of the local authority to preserve the state institutions and perform our constitutional duty,” chairing a meeting for the Region, Maj. Gen. Taymas added.

He said the Region has worked to spare Hadhramout any conflicts and will stay the course.
