Houthi militia continues attacking army’s sites in several warfronts
The Iran-backed Houthi militia continued today, Saturday, its attacks on several locations where the army forces are stationed on various warfronts.
The Houthi rebels launched artillery shelling on army’s positions in Al-Jawf Governorate, in conjunction with similar shelling targeted sites controlled by army troops in Karsh front of Lahj Governorate, southern Yemen.
In Al-Dhale Governorate, the Houthi militia fired rockets and artillery shelling on army’s positions in Bab Ghalaq and Morais fronts.
In the context, , the army forces have responded to all these attacks, and inflicted the Houthi rebels heavy losses in lives and equipment.
In addition, the Houthi militia has pushed more reinforcements including combat vehicles to several fronts in Hajjah Governorate.
This comes as the army forces continue to adhere to the directives of His Excellency President Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi to stop the fire in response to a call by the Secretary-General of the United Nations to confront the consequences of the spread of Corona virus “Covid-19”.
