Marib Security forces have seized on Tuesday nearly 175kg of hashish, which was heading to the Houthi militias, according to security sources.

Marib cheif of police, Colonel Abdulmalek Al-Madani stated that the security personnel at the beginning of Marib- Beidah road had manged to capture about 175 km of drugs, that were disguised in struck loaded with the tomatoes and potatoes.

Al-Madani highly praised the vigilance of security forces and great efforts they have been exerting in preventing the continued incidents of smuggling illegalities to the Iran-backed Houthi militia.

It’s very remarkable that Marib security have foiled several smuggling attempts in last three years, which marked the beginning of Houthi militia’s coup against the legitimate government headed by President AbduRabbu Mansour Hadi.
