Army kills 30 Houthi rebels western Marib

Yemen’s armed forces killed 30 Houthi militia members late on Saturday in Serwah front western Marib province.

The army’s units carried out fierce attack on the positions of the militia in the west of Serwah, and managed to liberate them following heavy battle.

The fighting killed 30 Houthis and injured dozens others.

Meanwhile, the army forces seized large amounts of weapons and ammunition and wireless devices that the militia left behind before they fled its positions.

The Iran-backed Houthi coupist militia has suffered major losses in the past few days during its failed attempts aimed to breach the army’s positions in the same warfront.
