Army opposes Houthis’ infiltration attempt south of Hodeidah

The Yemeni national army forces on Tuesday, opposed an infiltration attempt by the Iran-backed Houthi rebel militia in Hodeida province, west of the country.

The national army forces managed to oppose an attempted infiltration of the Houthi militia, towards the east of Al-Tahita district, south of the province.

The clashes resulted in the killing and wounding of a number of Houthi rebel elements, and forced them to retreat and flee.
